The problem is that I don't want to have to fiddle with a program's settings to make it do the job it's supposed to do, Launchy does it with zero configuration.

I have a slightly different skin (one of the shipped ones w/ the prog) that shows the list. When I type 'it', see it shows iTunes in the list:

Now if iTunes is a application that I frequently launch, I can simply add a keyword for it in Executor. So next time when I type 'it', it will show the exact match as you want:

If you think carefully and play w/ Executor for some more time, you will realize how much more powerful Executor is compared to Launchy.

Sorry there. Evan actually reviewed Linux Mint 5 Elyssa Main Edition R1 (revision 1), but thought it was RC1. The review has been corrected. Thanks for pointing that out.

Why would you review the rc1 when the main release and a revision release have already been pushed out the door?

Thank you for talking about the CherryPal C100. I am excited about how the CherryPal can bridge barriers to people who have not had access to computers or the internet because of money, fear, education or other challenges. I will be commenting on my experience of using it on my blog as soon as I get my own CherryPal C100! You can use CODE CPP206 to get your own CherryPal for $10 less than purchase price when they are shipping (soon!) The best update I’ve gotten on availability is that the delay is due to a last minute decision to upgrade the solid state storage to a faster, higher quality version than planned. The hardware is working perfectly but the software requires some tweaks to fully optimize the OS to the new hardware. I think its worth the wait as there is nothing else available at the price point of $239 (using code CPP206). Come visit http://cherrypal.blogspot.com for updates. I am an anticipated fan with interests in cloud computing, green washing, sustainability and cheap, reliable connectivity.
