Hands-on Gallery: HTC Droid Incredible

This is the current Google Android phone of the moment: the HTC Droid Incredible from Verizon Wireless.  The specs certainly are impressive. The Incredible packs a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 800×480 (WVGA) 3.7″ AMOLED screen, 512 MB RAM, 1GB ROM and 8GB of flash storage, Android 2.1 with HTC’s Sense UI on top of it, and an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash.

Yesterday, T-mobile announced their new G1 smartphone. This is the first smartphone based on Google’s Android mobile platform. The G1 is thicker than the iPhone 3G but has a smaller footprint. It has a touchscreen like the iPhone, but also has a slide-out keyboard.
