Now that Luofei and I use Twitter to spread the JPT love we need a way to update it from our matching iPod Touch’s. Apparently the top two free iPod apps for twitter are Twitterific and Twitterfon, read on to find out which one I’m keeping and which one I’m deleting.

At first glance, this seems like a fight between the weird, loser kid everybody picked on in high school and the cool, popular guy who everyone liked and actually was a nice guy.  But perhaps, there is more than meets the eye here.  This fight is actually closer than most imagine.

So Luofei talked me into trying a new launcher for Windows called Executor and I put it to the test against Launchy. I’m just gonna tell you right now, in my opinion Launchy wins hands down. Read on after the break to find out why.

I’ve tried a lot of different media players for my mp3 library over the years, and I always end up using both Winamp and iTunes, while one is significantly better than the other. Both are free and neither is open source, Winamp is Windows only and iTunes is for Mac OSX and Windows. Read on to find out which is better.
