Used it and it worked as advertised -- resized my OS X and Boot Camp Partitions just fine. Of course, it would have been even better if the program had not corrupted my Windows partition while doing the resize -- but I cannot find anywhere where the program claims that your stuff will work post-resize :(( So add me to the list of folks who advise not to use CampTune until other guinea pigs report that it has been fixed. So now I'm reloading all the Windows software.

To give credit where due -- the MAC OS X partition resized and seems to function fine.

2,0 GHZ 160 HD
Error returned no HDD

Bad software, not even a prerelease!

Just tried it myself on a 2009 Intel MacbookPro (black keyboard). Bootcamp with Vista Ultimate. Latest versions and patches in Vista and OSX. Latest version of CampTune. 7800rpm 350Gb HDD. Booted from the DVD ok, it showed the Paragon splash screen with an animation of a hard disk drive being scanned then got the same message as previous posters “No HDD installed. Program will be terminated.”. No damage done to either partition as far as I can tell though (still boots fine in both).

After failing with a generic error and kicking me to a blue terminal, I was foolish enough to try CampTune again. This time everything appeared to work (apart from again, leaving me at a terminal - surely rebooting isn't that hard), however it has completely corrupted my fat32 Windows XP partition. Browsing it in OS X, I see 72 zero byte gibberish aliases.

Completely and utterly useless. Speaking as a software engineer, the software is so pre-release it should have never EVER have been released, particularly for the apparent complexity of the task and the potentially catastrophic results of failure.

Yeah, downloaded it and tried it on my MacBook Air (2G) tonight. Didn't even see the HDD. Good idea. Bad execution. Or would that be non-existent execution?

Dear Paragon,

Unfortunately your pre-release CampTune software fails to find the main HDD on my one week old MacBook Pro running the latest Mac OS X 10.5.5 (9F2114) from apple. I got the following error when I boot using your software: "No HDD installed. Program will be terminated." And now my Windows Vista (Bussines), running great for the last week will not even boot anymore.

Thank you for forcing me to use boot camp to reclaim my NFTS partiton and start over... this is not exactly the experiance I expected from using your CampTune software. Please take me off your mailing list as you will not be gettting anymore business from me.

It worked for me the first time but subsequent resize attempts failed. The error message was crap but it wins because it doesn't have any competitors!
